In January 2019, I had the incredible opportunity of capturing Adventure Sport Photography in Japan - Hakuba, to be exact. It was my first time traveling to Japan, and even though I was there for a month the trip seemed to fly by and gave me just a taste of what the beautiful country has to offer.

Travel is always more fun when you get to share it with others and I was lucky to spend the trip with my partner Isaac, who worked as a ski guide during our travels. Throughout the trip, we also met up with tons of friends, including the Girls Do Ski crew!

We skied almost every day and had amazing conditions - fresh pow as far as the eye could see and the most forgiving pillows of snow. Not to mention, the amazing food and welcoming culture was absolutely a highlight. We spent the whole time on the south island skiing around the Hakuba Valley in the Japanese Alps, just outside of Nagano.
