Just shoot us a quick email with a description of the trouble, and a photo of the problem (if applicable) and we will work on getting things sorted out!

+ Delivery Signature Policy

We have authorized release on all of our packages. This means no signature is required and, at the discretion of the driver, packages can be left at the address if no one is there to receive them. Drivers will sometimes leave the parcel out of direct view to ensure it is safely received. If you see an item is delivered in your tracking, you will want to make sure to check behind any outdoor furniture, or bushes to see if your parcel was safely placed there. In some cases, the driver will place the package at the side or rear of the house, at a side or back door for safe delivery. All of our packages are insured, so if there ever were to be an issue, we are more than happy to help you resolve it. If a parcel is lost, we can contact the courier to open a trace and locate it, or file a claim and get you a replacement. That being said, of all the packages we send out, less than 1% ever have any issues.

+ Shipping to a Different Address

If you are looking to send a gift, or simply want your package to be delivered to a different address, simply enter your desired shipping address in check-out. Then when you get to the payment portion of the order, there is a checkbox referring to the billing address, 'Same as the shipping address.' You can uncheck this and it will open up a separate field where you can enter a different address for the billing info.

+ PO Box Shipping

The majority of packages are shipped using either FedEx or Purolator. As parcel couriers, they do not have access to the national postal service networks. With that, most PO box deliveries cannot be accommodated. The only exception to this limitation is for rural addresses. In more remote areas where FedEx and Purolator routes do not reach, the package will be handed off to a local agent to make the final delivery. In most cases, this local agent will be Canada Post, and will be able to deliver to the rural PO box. In these cases, the best thing to do in check out is to include your physical home address, and your PO Box number. That way, all bases are covered!
