In 2018 I was approached by Mica Heli to work as their photographer. My answer was obviously YES and I've been going up there a few times each Winter to photograph their operation in action ever since.

A little bit more about Mica Heli from their website:

“Accessed exclusively by helicopter, our five hundred square miles of terrain is comprised of eleven valleys, each with their own distinct flavour for adventure. In our unique location, the moisture-laden air from the Pacific Ocean collides with the cooler, drier arctic mass of the Canadian Rockies, blanketing our operating area with up to sixty feet of snow every year. From steep alpine lines in Tsar Creek, to epic gladed runs in Molson and Kinbasket Valley, to glacier cruising and pillow lines in Harvey Creek, there is truly something for every skier and snowboarder at Mica.”
